Description: Cartoon on Napoleon's exile to Elba, May 1814. Handcuffed, Napoleon is carried off on cart driven by the devil. The devil sits on a pile of box heads. A woman holds a bottle under Napoleon's nose as she whips him with a rod; she carries with her a box containing a marmot. The chariot is pulled by Napoleon's four brothers and preceded by General Ney, dressed in rags. In front runs a boar with emperor's crown and scepter. Behind the chariot four handcuffed French generals. In the foreground walk with the chariot: rats, a snake, toad, dragon and lizard. Standing on a hill in the background four ensigns of Russia, Prussia, Holland and Great Britain, above them the Fame blows her trumpet.
